The Lodge is set in spectacular scenery and accommodates up to 11 people.
The Lodge was built in 1926 and has kept its original character. It has a sitting room and a large game room, with a billiard table and wood burning stove, decorated in the style of a traditional Scottish lodge. The kitchen is spacious with a dinning room beside it. There is a lovely open veranda at the front of the house to watch wildlife and sunsets.
Three double, two twin and one single bedrooms, two of which are en-suite. The lodge has access to a deep freeze, washing/drying room and a telephone. A plentiful supply of logs for the fire, electricity from our own water turbine and gas-fired hot water are included in the rent. We provide duvets and pillows and can supply linen. A cot is available.
Dogs are welcome but must be kept under control as it is a working farm.
If you are staying at the Lodge you can arrange for a cook or order a meat box ready for your arrival by contacting us in advance.
After a hard day exploring the hills enjoy the wood fired Sauna.
