On The Estate

A wonderful place for bird watching with many rare birds visiting during the summer. Eagles are seen from the lodge you hear the call of the plover when you go walking. Check the bird list that is kept by our guests.

For those interested in nature photography there are so many interesting plants and wildlife. The Red Deer rut in October is a great site to see.

Enjoy swimming in the river pools and exploring the river gorge and waterfalls.

The pony tracks are challenging and varied for mountain bikes. They can be hired in the village.

We keep Highland ponies for riding and stalking and to herd the cattle.
